Client: Loopuyt Gin & tonic.
For the new Dutch gin and tonic brand we created a short commercial, telling the story of a femme fatale who visits a mysterious and dark speakeasy.
We tried to take a different approach in telling their story and showing their product. What sets Loopuyt apart from the rest is that they’ve built a real speakeasy in the heart of Schiedam, to tell the history of the brand and product to its customers. This inspired us greatly and instead of visualizing the production or history we concentrated on the essential value of the product: entertainment. We created a mysterious speakeasy as the backdrop for our story of a femme fatale who encounters a boxer, a barman and a lion.
